Chelsea Tennant may be a professional physiotherapist from the Cayman Islands, but she manages to make time for her other passion – developing her food and travel brand Island Epicurean by putting the spotlight on Cayman’s food and beverage scene.

What started out in 2016 as an Instagram account highlighting the best restaurants in Cayman has expanded into a website that includes her food and travel blog The Epicurean Life, Cayman’s Best… lists and Cayman Islands’ Food Guides. Island Epicurean has been recognized by both Travel Noire and the Karibbean Kollective in their Best Caribbean Food Bloggers to Follow lists.

She secured a business license for her brand and has started hosting epicurean events with her chef husband, providing social media management to restaurants and promoting selected overseas foodie destinations and events.
